Weigh-in 12.28.2009
As expected, my weight is up. By 0.2 pounds. After eating an entire salty six ounces of turkey jerky for dinner last night, I am hardly surprised. I’m amazed it wasn’t worse! On the good news front, my waistline measure is back to 42.5 inches. I’ll take it.
However, any poundage creep is not a good thing and it’s high time to put the holiday crazies behind me and move forward. There’s no reason to wait for the New Year. I’ve been flatlining through December and I’d really prefer to make some tiny bit of progress rather than total stagnation. So I’ve got to pay better attention to my eating.
Goals for this week:
- Drink my water. At least a gallon daily. My skin feels dry.
- Eat three meals a day. Hopefully plus a couple snacks.
- Clean up the house and return my rather trashed office to a useable space again.
- Get in at least one session of actual exercise. I’ll start small, get the body used to moving again.
