Yeah, I lapsed
Xmas season didn’t go as hoped. I lapsed into bad habits big time. I must get back on track. Started this morning with a weigh-in. Not pretty.
247.6 pounds.
And that’s all I got to say about that.
Have eaten a healthy breakfast.

Yes, sadly, it is. But I’m in a better trend at the moment, and I hope I can keep it going, because my knee and my feet and my ankles are all telling me that this weight gain is a BAD THING!

I feel for you. I have been watching the Biggest Loser on TV in the UK. I’ve always avoided it in the past, and now I know why. Hate everything about it. But it doesn’t half motivate me to prepare healthy food for the next day!!!

I have this sort of addiction to watching Biggest Loser. I hate it, but it does seem to motivate me, at least sometimes. This Tuesday I was, at least, walking around the house during commercials. I really wish they would just condense it into an hour show.
