Goals
The more I see my goals, the easier it is for me to keep them in focus! That’s critical when temptation to overindulge or plain be lazy hits. I’m starting simple and will add more as I figure things out.
THE BIG THREE
- Make healthy food choices
- Control portions
- Exercise
DAILY
- Weigh myself and record.
- Eat breakfast promptly after awakening.
- Drink a gallon of water.
